Nose Very expressive, elegant and complex. Typical of sweet Jurançon wines with its aromas of candied citruses, ripe pineapple and its grilled and woody notes.
Mouth Finesse and delicacy in mouth, well-balanced. A pleasant sweetness with a very good aromatic concentration and length in mouth.
Food and wine pairing Duck or goose foie gras, in a terrine dish or pan-fried, Blue-veined cheeses, Fruit tarts (strawberry, mango, raspberry), “Tartes tatin”.
